You will experience some soreness as orthodontics involves making teeth move into their desired positions. We recommend soft foods and over-the-counter pain relievers to alleviate any discomfort. We provide orthodontic wax to reduce irritation caused by brackets or poking wires.

We base our fees on the length of time that it has taken to finish other cases with problems similar to yours. An estimate is given at your free initial exam. We offer several payment options and accept most major credit cards.

Many things contribute to how long you will be in treatment. The severity of your problems is the main factor. Other things that come into play include breakage of appliances, cooperation with the wearing of elastics or headgrear and keeping all your scheduled appointments.

We provide retainers following the completion of treatment. We use clear "plastic" removable retainers for the majority of our patients. Some patients prefer lower bonded retainers. No matter which type you choose, we will replace or repair them at no cost for as long as you are wearing them.

Yes. We don't provide any general dental exams in our office. We want you to continue to see your dentist every 6 months for cleanings and exams. We do not charge for x-rays taken in our office and will gladly supply your dentist with a copy.
